Apple TV

Any unopened Apple TV device can be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase. The device must be in the original packing and the same condition that you received it.

  • Apple TV devices not in their original packaging and where the shrink-wrapping has been removed, marked or damaged are ineligible for return.
  • After 14 days, devices are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Apple does not accept returns for devices purchased directly from Optimum.
  • If you purchased an Apple TV in full, your refund will be issued to your credit/debit card. Cash purchases will be refunded in the form of a check or a pre-paid gift card. For financed devices, if at least one payment has been made, a refund credit will be applied to your monthly bill statement.

Devices can be returned by:

  • Visiting your local Optimum store
  • Mailing back to Optimum with a prepaid label (Only available for customers in NY, NJ, CT, PA, Hendersonville, NC, and West Jefferson, NC)

Manufacturer Limited Warranty. Apple TV comes with a twelve (12) month limited warranty and up to 90 days of complimentary technical support. Refer to the Apple warranty at apple.com/legal/warranty.

Optimum Amplify

Rented Devices:

Rented devices can be returned at any time with all included accessories, such as power supply and cables as long as you remain a customer.

Devices can be returned by:

  • Visiting your local Optimum store
  • Mailing back to Optimum with a prepaid label (Only available for customers in NY, NJ, CT, PA, Hendersonville, NC, and West Jefferson, NC)

Purchased Devices:

Any unopened Optimum Amplify can be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase to an Optimum store.

  • If your device was received damaged or defective, you can exchange it for a new Amplify at an Optimum store within 14 days of the purchase or delivery date (if purchased online). Please be sure to factory reset your device to delete any stored information before bringing it to a store.
  • After 14 days, devices are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Only devices purchased directly from Optimum can be returned to an Optimum store. Devices purchased from a third-party retailer, such as Amazon.com, returns are subject to the retailer's return policies.
  • If your purchase was made with a credit/debit card, your refund will be returned to that card. If payment was made by another method, the refund will be in the form of a check from Optimum.

Optimum Amplify provides a manufacturer's twelve (12) month limited warranty against defects. All warranty claims must be processed through an Optimum store.
