If you know of someone in the Cablevision service area who is receiving unauthorized cable service, please call 1-800-291-8564 or fill out the form below as completely as possible.
Include a description of the theft in the space provided. Do not give us your name and address. Please only provide us with information about the cable theft — you will remain anonymous.
